This is an Akai AM FM Digital Stereo Synthesizer Tuner MODEL AT-V04. Itβs in very good condition and works perfectly. This is a very rare black one at $99.Cosmetically, it is very clean. It has a few very small blemishes but nothing major. Functionally, everything works as it should. The manual tuning dial is EXTREMELY sensitive and makes fine tuning possible. It picks up more channels than almost any of today's FM receivers. It is a 4 Gang FM Tuner with both digital and analog controls. The FM Tuner increases in 0.05 MHz increments so you can fine-tune into your favorite station. Even though this is a digital synthesizer tuner that locks onto each station, the beautifully designed tuning knob allows the kind of fine tuning found on analog tuners. Fine tuning and a digital lock, the best of both worlds. The tuner measures approx. 17 1/8β wide by 3β tall by 11 1/2β deep. When this tuner came out, it was a state-of-the-art tuner and cost $330.
