Depending on your system balance/listening preferences, these are highly desirable tubes with strong bass, warm midrange and rolled-off highs. I have this one platinum pair that is very strong and closely matched within 1ma, no gas and no shorts. These are in their original boxes DLA NSN 5960-01-015-0381, JAN 6550A GE 1985 with green printing. Please note that the centering key on one tube is missing -- this does not affect performance or tube life --but that is why my sale price is lower than what these normally command, e.g., $320 or more.
