For sale are two rare items outside of Japan; a Pioneer C-Z1 preamp and the matching Pioneer H-Z1 headamp. These were purchased by me from Hi-Fi Do in 2010 and 2011 while I was stationed in Japan with the US Navy. They were both serviced by Pioneer Japan prior to purchase and are in great working order (yes, Pioneer still services this line of gear, only in Japan). Downsizing forces the sale. These are hidden gems and the best SS preamp and headamp I’ve ever heard. They are in great condition with minimal scratches as can be seen from the photos though the C-Z1 is missing some white lettering on the front. These are 100v only items and you will need a step down transformer to use them. They cannot be used on 120v US power without the step down transformer.
