I don’t think it would be stretching the truth to say that the Grace F9E cartridge is considered by many to be one of the very best, if not the best, moving magnet (mm) phono cartridges ever produced. Certainly, in my system, I have not found a better mm cartridge and I have owned many over the years. This particular example of the Grace has had relatively light use since it was purchased, some 25+ years ago, with a best guess of from 200 to 300 hours on the original cantilever/stylus assembly. To my eye the cantilever is perfectly straight and, when viewed under a stereo microscope (which I have done), the stylus is correctly aligned with the cantilever shaft. It tracks beautifully at 1.2 grams and has the detailed but smooth sound characteristic of this cartridge.
But this is not all. Included is a new, never used, replacement Grace F9 Series cantilever/stylus assembly. These replacements are highly sought after and next to impossible to find.

I have done my best to take adequate pictures but, unfortunately, I do not have a macro lens to allow close-up shots of the styli.
