Original owner purchased new from Omega Speaker Systems on 1/13/14. Used sparingly with my Omega Super 3XRS speakers. No longer needed as I have rearranged my listening room so that the 3XRS produce more bass. Unit measures 14"h x 11 x 11" (w/o spikes). I have the original box and packaging.
