Audioengine N22 desktop/headphone amplifierA beautifully designed, great sounding desktop, small room and headphone amplifier. It has RCA and stereo minjack inputs for connection to a CD player or external DAC, variable RCA outputs for connection to a subwoofer, headphone jack and high quality speaker terminals. Perfect condition, with one minor exception. I have been using it with a pair of JB3 single driver speakers in my office and the sound is wonderful. Selling it only because I’ve restored a tube integrated I want to play with. PLEASE NOTE: The exception to its perfect condition is that the headphone jack and most headphone plugs seem to be slightly misaligned. Headphones work perfectly with it but it requires pulling the plug back about 1/8” after full insertion so that both channels make contact. Once that’s done the connection is solid. The USB port on the back is not an input, it is there to power an iPod or other mp3 player while it’s connected as a source. Comes with the original packaging, power supply and cord, stereo-mini to stereo-mini connection cable, stereo-mini to RCA cable, speaker cables and owner’s manual. Will be double-boxed for shipping.
