I have an Audio Magic Pulse Gen ZX for sale. My Gen ZX has a little bit of glue residual on the back, otherwise its in excellent condition.

Audio Magic's Pulse Gen ZX is an active noise reduction device which helps to neutralize RFI/EMI being generated inside audio components. The Pulse Gen ZX is meant to be installed inside your equipment and attached to its IEC power cord input pins.

Dave Clark a reviewer for Positive Feedback noted that "...There is a greater sense of emptiness and space between the notes and frequencies, there is simply way less of the crap and stuff that hinders a component from sounding as it really should sound. You get to hear the music, all of the music. Well, all that the component is capable of reproducing. I don't see the Pulse Gen ZX being a fix-all for something that simply does not sound that good to being with. It simply ain't going to fix any character flaws by cleaning up the EMI/RFI that is mucking up the play. On the other hand, it will reveal the ultimate beauty being hidden in truly stellar products. If you think your gear sounds good now, well …you got to hear it with a Pulse Gen ZX. I am going to try these in the Claytons and the Cary SLP-05 as soon as I can get my hands on three more, but till then the Pulse Gen ZX is highly recommended."

The reviewer for High Fidelity Review noted that when "...I dropped the Miles Davis CD Miles Ahead into the drawer and gave it a spin. The first track “Springsville” has a full orchestra playing with Miles; the horn section on this track can sound a little over the top and brash on inexpensive CD players. Without the Pulse Gen ZX installed in the circuit the horns are in your face and too bright. Adding the Pulse Gen ZX into the circuit of the Denon had the effect of smoothing out the top end and again lowering the noise floor. The soundstage was larger and wider while keeping the details intact."

A reviewer for HiFi Unlimited described his experience with the Gen ZX. "As I fired up the CD player, everything worked as per normal, then I load up a disc to play some music. The first thing I noticed was a quieter back ground and lower noise floor. The highs have a little bit more "air" and the mids have room to bloom a little more than usual, and the bass seemed to went a notch lower too. When playing vocal music the voice seems to have more density to the body."
