You are looking at my Soundcraftsmen RP2215-R Record-Playback Audio Frequency Equalizer, which is probably as nice an example of this classic piece of equipment as you will find. The face, top and sides are all in nearly perfect condition, with no notable imperfections. More importantly, the performance is top notch, and until today it was being used in my system (connected to myFisher 400 receiver) with great success. All of the sliders move easily (no gummed up junk here) and all the slider knobs are present. Also, the power and gain control lamps work fine. To make this piece even better, I also have the original instructional test record, including the original equalization charts. It is in great condition, and 100% usable as intended. I used it, along with the SPL meter app on my iPhone, to help equalize my system in my room. And I feel it made a positive difference in the sound quality of my system. Even more, I have the original box, packaging, and paperwork, including the receipt ($310 in 1979!), warranty certificate, warranty card and inspection report. You aren't likely to get these with other auctions! It's truly a time capsule, but one that will also help make your system sound better! The only reason for the sale is that I've moved to a miniDSP system for more detailed and involved room, system and subwoofer equalization. But I'll miss this piece, as it was a great compliment in my mostly vintage system! The equalizer and accessories will be double boxed for safe travels. No worries! I've been asked what the dimensions of the unit are. The dimensions are 19" wide x 11" deep x 5 1/2" high, with the wood side panels attached. If you take the side panels off, the chassis will slide into a 17" wide space. The face of the unit is 19" x 5 1/2".
