First Watt F6 amplifier in excellent cosmetic and functional condition. The best solid state amplifier I have used in my over 40 years into this hobby. In an email correspondence, Nelson Pass described the F6 as sounding like a push-pull, class a tube amp. I have listened to the First Watt M2, J2, and Sit-2 amps in my system, and the F6 was the all around favorite. The Sit-2 and F6 amps share more qualities alike then different, but I actually preferred the F6 overall; maybe it was a question of the added power of the F6, which is 25 watts into 8 ohms, and 50 watts into 4 ohms, all Class A watts. I have enjoyed this amp for about two years, and it has been in the closet for a couple months now because I have been torn about selling it. I will only sell within the continental USA.
