If you like your Senn HD/580/600/650 (and 800, which I have not heard personally), this amp seems to be designed for those phones. Unusually clean and high quality build, which is what attracted me to buy this. Look at the pictures. Not sure there is a much better sounding amp for Senn 600/650.
The kit is $400, and to have it built with the SB upgrade is $350 extra. So for 50 bucks more than a kit, you get what you see here. The original builder was a fastidious and competent DIY-er. All voltages read right, the build is great, the layout and build technique is as good as or better than any I have seen. A perfectionist built this one, clearly. Thus, I give it a 9/10. See the guts.

I have totally solid feedback here, there and everywhere; a lot of it, so the odds are quite good that you will not be disappointed in any regard of this ad. The thing is, I have become discouraged with Audiogon's new system, sadly, so turning here more often.
