This amp has just been completely rebuilt (for me) with many upgrades from the original Dynaco's power and output transformers (desired cloth wires), and is plug and play unit. I put it up for sale due to my own finance matter. The original old input driver circuit board and outdated electronics have been replaced with new high quality electronic parts which hand pick( <1% tolerance), and a new famous classic VTA70 driver PCB using 12AU7 tubes. "VTA70 modification is newly upgraded with a CCS (constant-current-source) in
the "long-tailed" phase inverter for perfect AC phase balance, and is still the
premium ST70 modification available on the market. It has an upgraded bias
supply and 4 individual bias adjustments, one for each output tube."
www.tubes4hifi.com Safety rectifier diodes have also been installed to protect the power supply. Included in this rebuild is a new power supply capacitor with greater capacitance (80-40-30-20 uF/525V) than the original along with gold input and gold plated speaker binding posts.
Also, all 4 output EL34 tubes are NOS XF2 Mullard tubes (Sylvania brand), 5AR4/GZ34 rectifier tubes is F31 Mullard tube, one 12AU7 (Mullard) and two 12AU7 ( famous RCA clear top). I lost the cage so I will compensate it with free shipping option. Also, extra pair NOS EL34 XF2 Mullard tube (Amperex band) can be purchase for addition of $150.
