This is a classic integrated that the site "www.thevintageknob.com" said was the best integrated Luxman ever produced of that era and I would agree. It has an open/transparent and powerful amp section that is biased to run in class A a majority of the time. The preamp section provides the tube tonality and is very low gain to compliment the amp. This integrated sounds great, its just that it needs a proper cleaning and the switches have some oxidation. This would be a great project for someone. That stated, it plays 95% of the time without a hitch its just that the right channel gets static and drops out, wiggling the selector switch kicks it back in. Also, as you can see in the picture one of the switches has broken off, which is how I received it. This runs on 100v because it was a japanese only Luxman product, which makes this model ultra-rare in the U.S. As-Is sale and let me know if you have any questions.
