Pilot VINTAGE SA-232 Amplifier - ALL TUBE Stereo With EXTRAS!!Here is the sought after and highly regarded Pilot Amp in good condition.
We brought this up to voltage slowly via our Variac and everything seems to work. Unit was purchased without tubes and is sold WITHOUT tubes,
as any true audiophile would want to roll their own tubes in the amp. The sale includes the SA-232 Amp , the original Pilot console badge, the owners manual and all the original paperwork we got with the unit. The amp is sold as functional, but due to age, is sold AS-IS. With the tubes we had here, it passed signal, and sounded good. That being said, it looks original inside, so i'm sure it could use standard maintenance a 50+ year old amp would want.(Caps, Filter caps,etc.)
