Well regarded Sony XA5400es ($1300 new) modified by Dan Wright/ModWright. Mods include full "Ultimate Truth" package ($1995) and optional Bybee Rails ($225), Ultimate Truth Umbilical ($250) and upgraded PS 9.9 power supply ($600). I've included a pair of HiFi Tuning fuses ($60) that are installed in the unit. Also included is a factory new, laser/optical drive mechanism ($140). The original works just fine now, but having a spare insures that this unit will have a long, useful life!!
Player is kept in my dedicated listening room and in very good condition - rated conservatively. Unit was purchased new in Jan 2011 and sent to ModWright for modification in Jan 2012. Unit has been in storage since Jan 2017 but I set it up over Christmas and it still works/sounds great. Unit will be double boxed for shipment.
