I purchased this from Musical Paradise in January of 2017. I actually only used it in February and March, and very sparingly during those months. I upgraded the fuse to Gold Rhodium Plated Deluxe Luxury Nano Fuse 5mm×20mm 250V, which Garry at MP recommends. One of the brass threads on the RCA out was a little stripped when I got the DAC. I added a plastic washer, which can be seen in a picture, to help the nut secure better. Its veryyy secure now. Let me know if you have any questions.
