For sale is this mint condition pcm1704 based Norma HS-DA1 DAC. There is a reason the 1704 is still kicking around in the age of the Sabre chips and femto clocks: to some ears (mine included) it sounds much better at producing a natural, musical, holographic sound. It also maintains that sound with converted DSD material. This Norma has all of those features in spades, a headphone amp, analogue volume control, and is a preamp with two rca line inputs. Connect it straight into amp, and you have a lean mean system which only needs one set of interconnects . Also gives you the option to select different filters for different inputs which is very useful. Check out the multiple reviews online. Only selling to move up the R2R ladder.
