This is an Ultra-Fi DAC 41 – NOS (non oversampling) USB DAC. This is Version 1.02 which includes the TWIN-REG power supply upgrade. It has one USB input and two RCA outputs. It plays up to 16 Bit - 44.1/48 KHz over USB without the need of a software driver for the Operating System on Mac and Windows.Designed by Larry C. Moore, creator and proponent of SET and horn speakers. It is not surprising that this DAC has many characteristics which these components are known for, a detailed, transparent, musical sound. Included with the DAC is an Ultra Fi .5M Digital Conduit USB cable and a K-line USB filter. I purchased these directly from Ultra Fi for $1,500. I am asking only $475, including USPS Priority mail CONUS shipping. Power cord not included. I am not going to replace the excellent DAC, as I am decommissioning my whole Digital audio system. I believe this is an opportunity for someone to own an outstanding performance piece of gear at a bargain price.
