a set of 4 Dave Slagle designed and wound interstage transformers. Far and away a much better option than coupling caps. I think these were around $200 new (each)They were wound by Dave Slagle at Intact Audio to be used as line level output transformers. A lot of people were and probably still are modifying Behringer DX2496 to bypass all of the analog stages after the DAC chips. I was using them the same way on a pro audio interface. So instead of going through a bunch of opamps after the DAC the DAC is transformer coupled directly out. They are not designed to handle any DC. I'm throwing in the RME Fireface 400 . I bought an Apogee Symphony so don't need this. It has been modified so the transformers are connected directly to the DAC chips bypassing the audio amp stage. No guarantee it will work after being shipped. It is free, just throwing it in If I can find the RME box it has the case and stuff and will include
