Multi-function player that will read most every disc except for DVD-Audio. The unit is in great shape. I am the original owner and am selling it as part of a downsizing effort. I bought the player for an audio system in the study. I played a fair number of SACDs and CDs when I first bought it and thought it sounded remarkably good for the money paid. Soon, I found that it was much easier to just turn on the FM tuner and get to work and not bother with choosing discs for the Philips. Lack of use is the only reason for selling. I rate the unit a 9/10 because it is a new unit for the most part. I estimate the transport has less than 10 hours of use on it. The video function has never been tried or used, and I fully expect it works as well as the audio.
