Mint Ayre AX7E, a long term Stereophile Class A Recommended Component. The AX7e is truly a world class amplifier that trounces almost everything else in its class for sonic performance. This is one of the few components that I have ever purchased more than once in my 40+ year audio journey and the only reason I am selling is because I was bitten by the "audiophiliac bug" when I was able to procure a tube preamp that I'm also enamored with, so I'm going back to separates. Consequently, the Ayre will go unused and it needs a good home. Lots of information on the web about this amp, so not much need for me to heap superlatives onto it. Suffice it to say, in the right system, this amp will make you happy for years to come and is clearly one of the best performance per dollar audio products on the market that never disappoints. Can't find a mark on this unit, but rating an 8 since I am not the original owner. Serial number is 8N0492. I have the original box, manual, remote and power cord.
