As is sale please respect that. Look at the pictures read the description. Pioneer SA 9900 that I picked up this bulk deal weekend in pretty much condition you see with the 2 caps twist tied poorly to the outside. Did not come on replaced power fuse small puff of smoke and fuse blew, I can tell you no more than that. Decent looking , should clean up well, I will remove outside caps before shipping & they will be included. Did I mention as is sale?
