FOR SALE – CARY 300 SEI
Hi, I am parting with my beautiful all black Cary 300 SEI integrated amplifier. It is an amazing headphone amp as well as a beautiful single ended triode Class A amplifier.
This one has been upgraded with several important modes by Cary-making it very special and amazing sounding: these include Hexfreds and MCap Supreme EVO. The amplifier comes with all original paperwork and accessories, manual, etc and includes some additional upgrades: Emission Labs 300b-XLS tubes, and some NOS 6sn7 tubes for tuning the sound…including of course the regular 6sn7 tubes.
I think anyone will greatly enjoy this made in USA amplifier. I am only selling as I am going to a lower power single ended amplifier. The 300b tubes alone sell for $895 a pair, and the additional NOS 6sn7 tubes are valued at $100. The modifications done by Cary in NC add an additional $500…..I expect that there are about 200-300 hours on the tubes….and the whole package is nicely burned in. Amplifier will ship in its original double box packaging, 300b tubes need to be shipped separately and will also ship 6sn7 tubes in the second package. I would like to get $3400 OBO.
