This Consonance A120 is an integrated power amplifier with a single dual-triode 6H30 tube on the preamp board. It was originally price at $1,350 and Stereo Times stated; "I think it's an audio "best buy" and hard to beat for under $2,000. Highly recommended." Rated at 90 wrms per channel at 8 ohms, it can power 2 ohm speakers. There are 4 inputs (3 RCAs and one balanced XLR). They are triggered by gold-plated relays. This gem features two pairs of outputs, one for a subwoofer, and one for a second amplifier for biamping. Noteworthy specs: S/N ratio of >100dB, crosstalk of <100dB, distortion at < .04% @ 50w/8Ω and intermodulation distortion of < .04%. The build and component quality is extraordinary. It has sweet looking shrouded 5-way binding posts. The cabinet is understated brushed aluminum. The remote is also of solid aluminum controlling volume, input and mute.
