Benz phono cartridges are beautifully crafted in Switzerland... and that is part of the problem these days with Benz as their production capacity is having problems keeping up with demand (it can several months for me to get a new Benz wood body MC cartridge). The wait is worth it as the clear and touch sweet with a great soundstage presentation of Benz cartridges is very addictive. So, a cartridge like this low hours used Benz Wood S - M (M being 0.8mV medium output), with professional evaluation report from Soundsmith done just a couple weeks ago (see pic of report e-mail from Soundsmith) included is a great way to go. You get a great cartridge for $1,050 that would cost you $1,800 new and the ability to enjoy the great sound now.
