For your consideration, an Ortofon 540mkII phono cartridge with spare stylus. About 150 hours on the stylus in the cart. I bought this used so no idea how many hours are on the spare stylus.
The cantilever is perfectly straight, but the light I used to take the second pic threw a shadow that makes it look like the cant is slightly off-center. Just an optical illusion.
