Heed Audio Quasar Phono Preamp.As quiet a phono stage as I've heard, even compared to the ASR Basis Exclusive. Everything the reviewers say about it I experienced as well. Very neutral, dynamic with a tube like flavor without the bloom. The Quasar works extremely well with MM & MC (high & low output) cartridges. I haven't heard anything in its price range that equals this unit. I purchased it new from Blackbird Audio, April 2015.
