It pains me to do this, but I’m putting my CJ PV12L preamplifier up for sale (no phono stage). With another preamplifier on its way, I no longer have the space or time for this one. This preamp has the classic CJ design and quality feel to it. I’m the second owner and in 2011, I took it to Bill Thalman (formerly with CJ) for a check-up and upgrade (“PV12 upgrade kit”).The unit takes two 12AU7s, and it will come with a pair of Conn tubes (my understanding is that they are rebranded RCA clear tops). It's in excellent condition for its age with the exception of a small scratch on the top rear panel (see pic). Shipping will be insured via FedEx, although local pickup is also welcome.
