Here is a nice Dynaco Dynakit PAS 2 preamplifier in good condition for sale. I bought it about two years ago with great intentions of re-capping and cleaning it up, but have not found the time to even plan to begin on it, so I thought it should go to someone who will actually do something with it.The pictures speak for themselves as to the cosmetic condition of the preamp. I brought it up slowly on a variac right after I bought it and it did play on both channels. It looks to be pretty much original, so I would at least re-cap the electrolytics to be on the safe side and check or replace the small black caps before you put it into continuous use. There are four Telefunken 12AX7/ECC83 tubes in the unit and one 12X4. All tested good with no grid emissions or shorts. I am selling the amp 'as-is' only guaranteeing that it will not arrive DOA. I pack very well and have had no issues with any of the other amps or other equipment that I've ever shipped out (check my feedback). I am charging $30 for insured shipping in the continental US and I will refund the difference for shipping if the actual cost is substantially less than $30. For PayPal payments add 3%.
