No need to hype this vintage 1960s era classic that ranks with the Marantz 7 as a must have for your vintage audio collection. This unit is factory assembled for a nice neat layout. I have too many projects and my current taste in preamps are better served by other designs.
This unit has been tested and the power transformer is good. The tests show that the coupling caps and electrolytic caps should be replaced. Do not plug this unit in without replacing those items or damage to the unit may occur. All the knobs and switches work easily and correctly. Please check out the pictures carefully to see the condition of this unit.
