OBO. No power supply (model 4), power take off would be from octal socket on older amps, Aluminum knobs: Model six is slightly darker gold than the mono preamps which are matched.Two preamps and adapter are bolted together. Needs new suspension mounts. Or if you like I can make a repair , no charg. Inside looks all original to my eyes. Covers are scratched. This one was mounted in a counsel originally. Faceplate is nice7+
