POWER MODULES BELLES 22A HYBRID TUBE/SS LINE STAGE PREAMP W/REMOTE - DEMO - $1,495This 22A demo in Silver in in mint condition. This is a very nice hybrid tube/solid state line stage preamp. It uses a pair of 12AU7 tubes (we have a very nice NOS 5814A in it) with full remote, has loads of inputs and outputs (including a HT bypass) which allow it to accommodate most any system. While Dave Belles is mostly more well known for his Power Modules 150 series power amps, Dave also makes very nice sounding preamps with a clear and even character with a touch of tube warmth (or roll in some more tube flavor with your favorite 12AU7). This unit is complete with box in manual. We have had this unit for several years, but it has very low hours of use and cosmetically its like new... not even any wear on the RCA jacks (see pics) (when you have preamps like a Joule-Electra LA-300ME sitting a shelf away, you can see why the nice 22A gets overshadowed and did not see much demo use). Unit is complete, with box, manual, remote, and warranty! A terrific match for any Belles power amp from a older 150A to the current 150Ref V2 which this preamp is the matching partner for in the current Power Modules line-up.
