Recently serviced and after a control cleaning/aligning and replacing the headphone jack it's now fully operational. All lettering intact, one bulb on the mid-left seems a bit dull but not out. This is a very clean unit with the only marks being on the right corner. (see close-up) Located in the west 'burbs of Chicago but willing to drive an hour or so to meet.
