This is the 2015 vinyl box set of Springsteen's first seven albums, arguably his best, using original sources and the latest remastering techniques. Check out MF review at the Analog Planet etc. for details of sources, remastering techniques etc. Superb quality and much better sound than the originals IMHO. Comes with deluxe booklet and a full digital copy on a SD card .
Re condition: A conservative rating of 8/10 .This is a lightly used box set. All discs are in excellent shape with very light play, some never. and all inserts. Some wear on the slip cover with a bit of tape on two corner seams and what looks like a printing flaw on the cover of one album, one torn inner sleeve - see the attached images with the text boxes to get an idea- thus the 8 out of 10 rating.
The album shots are of the actual covers The "distressed, worn - with stickers " appearance of the box and the cover of the booklet is part of the design,not wear- a very stupid marketing decision IMHO but so be it - you can verify by googling images of the box set. . I try to be conservative in my description but so I may have missed a small detail. If this concerns you please buy locally or new. I l stand by my feedback.
