I've been thinking of selling my VSA dB99 speaker for a while now. They are amazing speakers that play to amazing volume with depth, delicacy, and clarity with as little as 2 watts. I moved into a new home about 2 years ago and my room arrangement is no longer conducive to having these speakers placed optimally. It literally saddens me to see these glorious devices crammed against the back wall just a few feet apart. So, I figure I should try to sell them and get something that works better for my space as I don't see a dedicated room in my future anytime before I go deaf, dumb, and/or blind. I've owned these speakers for close to 7 or 8 years now. The 10" magnesium coated SEAS Excel woofer is powered by a 300 watt booster amp. The crossover has multiple Hovland caps. The dB99 shares the same cabinet profile for the $40k+ VR-44 and VR-55. I can't say it sounds as good as these models, but at 1/10th their price the dB99 obviously shares some of their "DNA". See the specifications below.I have the original boxes and a PDF manual for the speakers. There is a slight ding at the very bottom of one of the speakers that can be seen in the attached photo. I will deliver within a 300 miles radius of Mobile, Alabama. Due to the size of these speakers and costs involved with shipping them, shipping will be a flat $300 inside the USA. Actual shipping of these speakers will be closer to $600 with insurance. For reference, each speaker weighs 130 lbs and each shipping box measures 55x20x27.
