University Loudspeakers model 6303. Two 15" 3-way diffaxial speaker systems. Drivers only, no cabinets. Classic vintage tri-axials. These are high efficiency speakers and would be a great match for a single ended tube amp (see link for discussion). Including brilliance/presence control pots. These are rated at 30 watts and 8-16 ohms. Excellent sounding speakers, along the lines of the comparable Altec Lansing, Electro-Voice and Jensen of the same era. The cones are excellent with no rubs or tears, and the horn tweeters work fine. Rating at 7.5. Have some marks and nicks (see photos) but overall very nice for age. Brightness controls are both missing their plastic front knobs and only one has its metal front plate (see photo). Put these into some large cabinets and have a major bang-for-the-buck vintage 15" system. $85 to ship in U.S. will be well packaged. FREE pick-up in Chicago. Thanks for looking.
