Bought these items separately (hence why the different finishes), but already have two other full sets of Gallo satellites and subwoofer combinations, as well as a pair of their floorstanding speakers! The CL-2 satellites - which can run quite well standalone - are in Cherry finish like in the picture; the sub is in black woodgrain finish like its picture. The sub also has a magnetic grill like the satellites. I love most everything that Anthony Gallo has created, have owned many of his speakers over the years. I especially love the CDT tweeter, it has extended but smooth high frequencies. And his S2 loading material allows for some nice bass out of small size enclosures. The sub can take speaker level inputs and has speaker outputs for the satellites for perfect integration, and also means they can be driven with single speaker outputs if you don't have a separate sub or preamp output on your equipment. Asking $600 + shipping for the set, comes with original boxes and manuals. Also willing to sell them separately, but the package deal is better. If buying one or the other alone, prices are $300 + shipping for the satellites, $400 + shipping for the subwoofer. Save $100 by taking the set!
