Here are a pair of Selah Audio Esatto’s MK2 monitors finished in a walnut-burl veneer. The speakers were purchased new in August of 2013 and have seen light duty since they are rotated in/out of my system. The speakers are free of any dings, scratches and the grills have no holes or stretch marks.
For full disclosure one speaker had a small ding on the front outside bevel edge, but I had the speaker professionally restored and is unremarkable. The frist few photos are of the completed repair. The Esatto, is based upon the Tempesta except that the bass driver was replaced with the Accuton ceramic 7in (C173-6-191). The Accuton 2 in mid and the RAAL tweeter are the same as the Tempesta. The Esatto dimensions are 22in X 9in X 15in The Esattos are a very detailed, coherent and smooth sounding with no sign of any listening fatigue. They are capable of resolving complex musical passages with uncanny accuracy. As with most of Selah’s speakers, that punch way above there class. The frequency range is 45 Hz to 20kHz. Priced new at $4295.00 I’m selling these speakers not due to any dissatisfaction, but rather raising funds to purchase other audio projects.
