More selling of my tube collection. This time it's a selection of superb, classic 5751 vacuum tubes/valves manufactured by Sylvania and GE.Here's what on-offer: - Sylvania 3-mica gray plate O-gtter 5751. Branded with US military JHS or USN-CHS W1, or Burroughs instruments. Legendary 5751s. - RCA 3-mica black plate 5751. Early type with the "serrated" edge top mica. Various condition. - GE 2-mica gray plate O-getter 5751. NOS/NIB. Pristine boxes and tubes. JAN and GE 5-Star branding. All bear the triangle grade marking. - GE 2-mica gray plate O-getter 5751. Various condition. - GE's first 5751 issue, dating to the early 1950s. This is the renowned tube with the "clips" securing the cage assembly. Three-mica, black-plate, rectangular getter. - GE late-1950s 5751s. These sport cage support rods, a large D-shaped getter ring, and a large etched dot under the etched 5751 along with the typical GE pattern of small etched dots. General stuff. Some tubes are NIB (as far as I can tell), most are used. Some have excellent printing, some none at all. It is most often very difficult to confirm and guarantee that a 40+ year-old vacuum tube is "new", so unless otherwise indicated I'm selling all of these represented as tested-used. All have been carefully tested on one of my professionally maintained tube testers (Dan Nelson or Roger Kennedy) - a Hickok RD-1575, a Hickok 6000A, Heathkit TT-1, TV-7D/U. Test results and pictures happily provided for the specific tubes you're interested in. I'm happy to send pictures of any or all of the tubes. As always, negotiation is welcomed. Let's chat about what you're interested in. Cheers, - SJ
