Offered for sale are three pairs of vintage NOS Tesla ECC802S with gold pins made in Czechoslovakia (I am guessing in the 1960s). These gold pins make them a very rare type. They work very well as I have tried them out in my amp and DACs. Further, I have had them professionally tested by TC Tubes in Saint Paul MN and their test results are marked on the slips of paper wrapped abound the tube boxes. Two of these matched pairs test above NOS and one slightly below (but still very good). All should have plenty of life in them as the ECC802S tubes were rated for 10,000 hours. I have used them maybe between 10 and 50 hours each, so not much at all.I am selling them because I have too many 12AU7 tubes and don't need any more. They are excellent tubes. I am rating them 9/10 to reflect their NOS status. Please note this is a separate listing from my other listing on Audio Asylum of the same brand and type of tubes which are of slightly later vintage (1970s vs the 1960s for this listing) and the others do not have gold pins as these do. The earlier 1960s vintage of these tubes means that they have gold lettering, while the 1970s tubes in my other offering have white lettering.
