I have had this tuner for 4 years and it has performed flawlessly during that time. See the description and shootout on the Tuner Information Center for more details. It does have that ineffable "something" that makes you want to listen. Cosmetics are very good; face is clean; there are a few very tiny barely visible scratches on the case top. As I received the unit the bulbs lighting the station identifiers were blown out. I replaced these recently and you can see them lit in the photo. I have some spare bulbs I will include along with a copy of the operating manual. Specs are available at https://www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/sansui/tu-s9.shtml.
Also, as I received the unit the AM selector does not work. All the selector buttons work although I only used the first 3 stations. Unit will be securely packaged and sent via UPS or FedEx with buyer paying the estimated cost based on package weight and location.
