This package deal is in super condition.It is packed very well,and ready to go..The RD 11s was serviced 3 years ago.Springs checked, Grace arm bearings checked,new belt, fresh oil, new felt mat and new 2M Red installed.
After the service, the turntable was played for under 4 hours then put into storage. The wood base and metal plinth have no scratches or other blems. The only thing to mention is a small drill hole next to the arm as seen in the photos. The Grace Gyro Master Arm is a real classic, and often seen mated with a Ariston. The arm works perfectly and has no scratches. The Ortofon 2M Red is the 2010 winner for product of the year awarded by The Absolute Sound Magazine. It is a moving magnet rated at 5.5 mV. All other specs can be found on-line. The cartridge again has under 4 hours play time. There is no paperwork or stylus guard included. The thick acrylic cover was custom made for this turntable. It is in like new condition. Not even a cleaning swirl mark on it. This is a great package, plug and play deal that doesn't come around often. I've been buying and selling audio gear for over 20 years and I know how to prepare and pack a turntable for safe shipping.
