I purchased this unit used from a friend a couple of years ago with the intent of restoring it and giving it to my father. Sadly, he's been diagnosed with Alzheimers and is unable to operate most things of a mechanical nature. In an effort to clear some room in my home to store his personal belongings, I've decided to sell some of my audio items not currently in use. This particularly unit is not functioning and will require some repair. While attempting to change the belt used to slide the tonearm, I managed to damage the ribbon cable. Also of note, I seem to have misplaced the machine screws that hold the service cover in place under the lid. Given these setbacks, I've priced this unit appropriately and will be sold "as is".
