One Extra Heavy Z-sleeve for saleIn good working condition but does have some cosmetic scratches and scuffs in the black rubber outer casing. However, these are passive components and can not wear out, so the cosmetics will not affect its function. This is a sleeve made by Z-Cable before the current manufacturer took over the business but it is identical functionally to the new ones going for $349. I have simplified to a portable setup and no longer need this.
