Mint condition 1 year old Audio by Van Alstine AVA Vision SET 400 solid state amp with silver faceplace. Original owner, bought new from AVA. Great sounding solid state amp, about 225 watts/channel. Please see the info link for more info. No scratches or marks that I see. The only thing worth mentioning is that when you power it on, you get a small mild thump thru the speakers. This never bothered me and does no harm to the speakers, so I never inquired about it. In operation the amp is dead silent and works great with both solid state and tube preamps. I’ve used this amp with a Don Sachs tube preamp, Erhard Audio tube preamp, Schiit Freya+ tube and solid state preamp and Topping Pre90 solid state preamp. In all instances the amp performed great and functions perfectly as it should. 23 MONTHS REMAINING UNDER 3-YEAR TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY! The AVA amps are voiced wonderfully and sound really good compared to anything else in their price range. Being solid state, it has no problem driving either 4 or 8 ohm speakers.
