For sale is a sweet little single ended type 42 amplifier by Oliver Sayes.Power output is 4.5 watts into an 8 ohm load using the 42 as pentode. Made with all audiophile parts including tube era AB carbon resistors, F&T/Elna electrolytics, Sprague coupling caps and awesome sounding OS Tamura output transformers and point to point wired with Kimber copper wire and WBT solder. Tube complement is 6A6 driver (direct replacement of 6N7) 42 output tube and 6BY5G rectifier. This one sounds really good with a rich and fast presentation and big images.
