These came out of a original Dynaco ST 70 (see my other items for sale for the PCB these were pulled from) and were tested on a Hickok FAA tube tester. They test strong, have no shorts, leaks, gas, etc. These are black plates. I am not cleaning the pins as I do not want to rub off any more lettering. I am an experienced shipper and will pack in tube boxes and double box.
