I built up this MM phono preamp earlier this year, but now have no use for it, so on to the next owner it goes....Moving magnet phono preamplifier using Hifisonix signal board and regulated power supply board. Housed in a 16 x 8 x 3 inch Hammond steel chassis for best shielding. That also is the reason for the large chassis with space between power and signal boards. Very plain design, no LED status light to keep system noise to a minimum. There is an on/off switch on the back of the case. Regulated +/- 15 Volt DC 60MA power supply, Signal board gain set at 39dB. 1% matched parts for passive RIAA. Gain provided by low noise NE5534A op amps. Rca connectors are KLEI (Eichmann) Classic Harmony rca jacks. Wire is silver plated copper, clad in teflon. The preamp is very quiet in the 2 systems it was used in. It has standard 47kOhm loading for MM cartridges. I will ship via UPS ground to the Continental USA only.
