This is a superb manually controlled TVC (Transformer Volume Control) preamplifier. This model uses the Silk Audio Supermalloy 23 step Attenuator.It uses no power and can have a 6dB gain factor above its normal volume. Surf the web on the Django TVC and find nothing but great reviews.
