PRICE IS FAIR AND FIRM.I rank this up there among the preamps I have had, such as the four chassis Audion Premier Quattro and Counterpoint SA-9 Jr. I've also had John Curl's Vendetta Research. That one was quiet but not my cup of tea. This is a transparent preamp. If you want a tubey sounding preamp, please look elsewhere. This preamp is true to the source. You know you want this.
