Parting with my excellent condition pair of Focal Aria 936 3-way floor standing speakers in gloss piano black finish. I've used these for about 2 years where they've lived in a dedicated listening room (smoke/pet-free home). No noticeable blemishes to mention. Grilles are clean with no rips as they've been unused. All original speakers, grilles, cleaning cloths, carpet/floor spikes, shipping boxes, paperwork are included as if buying a new set.If you're looking at these, you likely already know they punch well above their price point. Take some time to position these properly in your room and they really sing and disappear. The flax drivers have a very organic/natural sound, with excellent midrange attack and clarity. Bass is deep and smooth with great texture. The treble is fast and shimmers with nice tonality and precision. I listen to a wide range of music and have thoroughly been impressed with these. These throw a lovely, wide soundstage that fills the room. These speakers are efficient. I've used them with great success with Dennis Had 10-watt SEP tube amps to 150-watt+ solid state Threshold amps, and more. Always dynamic and sweet sounding. Why am I selling? I just want to try something different in my space and need to free up funds to experiment. Naturally, local pick-up around Chicagoland is preferred, but I am willing to ship in the continental U.S. via UPS insured. Each speaker ships in it's own box (70 lbs. each).
